1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Baradia Holidays, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.


2. Services Offered

Baradia Holidays specializes in:

  • Customized Holiday Itineraries (domestic and international)
  • Visa Application Assistance
  • Wellness & Retreat Packages
  • Destination Wedding Planning

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.


3. Booking & Payment

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or any other method specified by Baradia Holidays.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent only after receipt of payment and relevant documents (e.g., passport copies for visa).

4. Visa Applications

  • Baradia Holidays offers assistance with visa documentation and application submission.
  • Granting of the visa is solely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy/Consulate. Baradia Holidays shall not be held liable for rejection, delay, or additional documentation requirements.
  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Holiday Packages: Cancellations made 21 days before the departure date may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting processing charges and non-refundable components).
  • Visa Services: No refund will be provided once the application has been submitted.
  • Wellness & Wedding Packages: These are customized services and typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific contract.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days of cancellation confirmation.

6. Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Any rescheduling request must be made at least 10 working days before the departure date or service start date.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

7. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents, including passports, visas, insurance, and tickets.
  • Baradia Holidays strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.

8. Health & Safety

  • Customers must ensure they are medically fit to travel and participate in any wellness activities.
  • For wellness retreats, customers are advised to disclose any existing medical conditions or allergies beforehand.

9. Destination Weddings

  • All destination wedding services are provided based on prior consultation and a customized agreement.
  • Baradia Holidays acts as a facilitator between the client and vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, etc.).
  • Baradia Holidays is not liable for third-party vendor performance, but we will assist in coordinating and resolving issues to the best of our ability.

10. Force Majeure

Baradia Holidays shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or changes in government regulations.


11. Limitation of Liability

Baradia Holidays will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Missed connections or delays
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Baradia Holidays and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.


13. Privacy Policy

All personal information collected is treated with strict confidentiality and by our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for booking, communication, and promotional purposes (with your consent).


14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.


15. User Conduct

By using our services or website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service.
  • Upload or transmit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Use false information or impersonate another individual.
  • Violate any laws or regulations in connection with your use of our services.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access without notice.
