Refund Policy

At Baradia Holidays, we strive to provide unforgettable travel experiences and impeccable service across all our offerings – including holiday itineraries, visa assistance, wellness packages, and destination wedding planning. We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as transparent and supportive as possible regarding cancellations and refund procedures.

Please review our policy carefully before booking or availing of our services.


1. General Terms

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to sales@baradiaholidays.com with a clear explanation of the reason for cancellation and any supporting documents, where applicable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • All refunds are subject to processing timelines, which may range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the nature of the service and third-party involvement (e.g., airline, embassy, or hotel policies).
  • Service charges, consultation fees, or handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Holiday Itineraries

  • Custom Packages: Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any bookings made on your behalf (hotels, tickets, etc.).
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 14 days) are generally non-refundable, as commitments are made to third-party providers.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic-related travel bans), we will offer the best possible resolution, including credits or rescheduling, subject to supplier terms.

3. Visa Application Services

  • Visa service fees charged by Baradia Holidays are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective consulate or embassy.
  • The rejection of a visa by the authorities does not qualify for a refund of service or embassy fees.
  • Delays or decisions by consulates/embassies are beyond our control.

4. Wellness Packages

  • Bookings canceled at least 10 days in advance may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to confirmation from the wellness provider.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 10 days in advance will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability and vendor policies.

5. Destination Weddings

  • Due to the complexity and advanced arrangements involved, initial consultation fees and booking advances are non-refundable.
  • Any additional payments made toward venue, vendors, or services are subject to their individual cancellation and refund policies.
  • A written cancellation request is mandatory for any refund consideration.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be made after deductions for administrative and vendor cancellation charges.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated within 7–21 business days of approval.
  • Refunds involving international payments or third-party gateways may take longer due to banking protocols.
